INCLEMENT WEATHER AND EMERGENCY SCHOOL CLOSURES

Dear Parents,

We want to be prepared for emergency situations and school closures. We may be forced to delay or close school, or even send students home early because of threatening weather conditions and/or other emergencies.

Please help us keep students safe by being aware of changing weather conditions throughout the winter. School closures, school delays, and early closures will be broadcast over the following radio and television stations.

SCHOOL CLOSURE: Decisions about early morning delays and school closures will be made by 6:00 A.M. each day. The information will be forwarded to the radio and TV stations.

SNOW ROUTES BUS SCHEDULE: There may be times that weather conditions force us to run a limited bus schedule. When needed, we will run a limited schedule rather than close school.

SNOW ROUTES BUS SCHEDULE IS POSTED ON OUR WEBSITE.

EARLY CLOSURE: In the case we are forced to close school early because of the road conditions, we will inform you through radio and TV stations. The same snow routes bus schedule will be followed if necessary when taking students home during an early closure situation. Please make advance arrangements for the care and supervision of your children.
