Bomb Threats

Bomb threats shall immediately be relayed to the Winston City Police or Douglas County Sheriff’s Department depending upon which school receives the threat.

The fire department shall be notified of the situation by the police or sheriff’s department for purpose of stand-by until the building principal or designee in charge and the police or sheriff’s department have determined the course of action necessary to alleviate the emergency situation.

Students and personnel shall not be evacuated until such a time as it is decided necessary to do so.
