Board Elections

1. Number of Directors

The board shall consist of five (5) members elected at large and shall be known as the district school board.

2. Designation of Board Positions

Board members’ positions and their respective successors in office shall be designated by numbers as Position No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, and No. 5.

Individuals may seek more than one (1) elected position such as school board and education services district board as provided by ORS 249.013.

Elections for board positions shall occur as follows:

Position No. 1: Spring (2003), and every four (4) years thereafter;

Position No. 2: Spring (2005), and every four (4) years thereafter;

Position No. 3: Spring (2005), and every four (4) years thereafter;

Position No. 4: Spring (2005), and every four (4) years thereafter;

Position No. 5: Spring (2003), and every four (4) years thereafter.
