OSAC - One application for $10 million in Scholarships. Application opens November 1st. Final Deadline April 1st. February 15th Early Bird Deadline.  Some scholarships included are: The Paul and Alice Tustin Education Fund, the Marjorie J. Reed, "Best Friend: Award Scholarship, Joy Zeller Johnson Scholarship, and the Winston-Dillard School District 116 Scholarship, Jeannie Hayworth Scholarship. 

UCC Scholarships - UCC awards thousands of dollars in scholarships for students starting or continuing your education at UCC. Deadlines from January 2nd - Ongoing.

DHS Common Scholarship Application - includes the Hanna Family Scholarship, the Edie Young Legacy Scholarship, WDEA, osea.org/scholarships (OSEA), the Marlys Hobson Scholarship, the Nichols Ranch Scholarship, and the J Mann Realty Scholarship. Turn the application into Ms. Tristany at Douglas High School Career Center by March 14th, 2024. Deadline extended to April 4th, 2024.

The Ford Family Foundation Scholarship - A suite of financial and program resources in Oregon. There are 4 scholarships available. Deadline March 1st by 5 pm.

Individual Scholarships  (Listed in order by due date)

Union Plus Scholarship - Awards ranging between $500 to $4,000 for dependent children of participating Union members. Deadline January 31st  12:00 p.m.

Oregon Tech Foundation Scholarship Program - More than 185 scholarships to Oregon Tech totaling $586,000. Application opens early December. Deadline March 1st, at 5:00 pm

Diversity in Leadership Scholarship - University, Trade School, Community College, Apprenticeship in Oregon. $25,000.00 for underrepresented and diverse high school graduates. Deadline April 1st. 

Pacific Northwest Association for College Admission Counseling (PNACAC) - $1,000 scholarships for students who reside in the PNACAC region.  Must have a GPA of 3.0 and be in your senior year of high school.  To apply, students will record a video that addresses a designated prompt. Open February 1st - March 15th

Olsrud 4-H and FFA Scholarship - $5000 for students who have been in 4-H or FFA for two years. Deadline March 1st

Harrington Family Foundation Scholarship Oregon Community Leadership Scholarship is awarded each academic year to four Oregon graduating high school seniors headed to an in-state university, college or trade school for full-time post secondary education. Four year renewable scholarship at $5,000 per year. Deadline March 31st, 2024

Douglas County Farm Bureau Scholarship - Awarding five $1000.00 scholarships. Application will be available in January. Deadline March 15th

Cascade Community Credit Union Pathfinder Scholarship - Awarding three $2000.00 scholarships to standout student from the community. Must be a member of the credit union. Deadline is March 24th, 2024.

Barbara Weaver-Godsey Scholarship - A $650 scholarship is being offered to students who are planning on entering the education field.  Deadline is March.

Josh Bidwell Foundation Scholarships - 2024 General & 2024 Athletic scholarships. Application available January 2024. Deadline March 31st, 2024

SELCO Community Credit Union ScholarshipsIf you are a graduating senior with a GPA of 3.5 or higher, planning on attending either a two- or four-year college, and are a member (or have someone in your immediate family who is a member) of SELCO Community Credit Union then follow the link to apply for a $2,500 scholarship. Open from February 1st - March 31st.

VFW Auxiliary Contests and Scholarships - Contests and Scholarships for K-12. New contests presented though out the year. Current contests are Music and Art related. Deadline March 31st, 2024

Grown Your Own Scholarship - High School seniors entering the field of education. Deadline February 28th.

J Mann Realty Scholarship - Graduating high school seniors with a 2.5 GPA or better. Activities chart, letters of recommendation, and 100-word essay required. Three $1000.00 scholarships.  Deadline April 2nd.

Altrusa Scholarship - To honor outstanding seniors from Douglas, Roseburg, Glide, Sutherlin, and Oakland High Schools. Deadline April 3rd.

Carl N. and Margaret Karcher Foundation Scholarship - Graduating high school seniors or graduates who plan to enroll for the first time in a full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited college or university. Ten $10,000.00 Scholarships are given out each year. Deadline is April 5th.

Douglas FFA Alumni & Supporters Scholarship - If you are a member of Douglas FFA you can apply.  Be sure to email completed applications to douglasffaalumni@gmail.com. Deadline April 5th. 

Oregon PTA's Teacher Education Scholarship - A $500 scholarship is being offered to students who are planning on entering the education field and becoming a teacher. Paper applications are located in the Media Center (Library) and the online application is available on the website. All applications are due by April 15th.

Oregon Jaycee Foundation Scholarship - Up to $5000 in scholarships to several graduating Oregon High School seniors. Essay required. Deadline April 21st, 2023.

Maddi Higgins Memorial Softball Scholarship - For students who played HS softball and will go on to play Collegiate softball. Deadline April 21st, 2023.

Distinguished Young Women Scholarships  - This program pairs the opportunity to win scholarships with life skills training to prepare young women for the world after Highschool.  

Douglas County Pomona Grange Scholarship - $500 scholarship for a deserving Douglas County student. Deadline May 3rd, 2024

Pacific Cascade Federal Credit Union Scholarships -  Four $2,500.00 scholarships for members of the credit union.  Available for graduate, undergraduate, and trade school students.  Deadline May 17th, 2023.

Friends of NRA Scholarship - 15 scholarships totaling $30,000.  One essay required.  Deadline is April 17th.

Vietnam Veterans of America Scholarship - Local Chapter 805 is awarding $750 of financial aid to assist in costs related to professional schooling and/or college. Deadline May 1st

Lookingglass Grange #927 Scholarship - Graduating Senior in the Winston/Dillard School District planning to attend an accredited college/university or trade school.  Awarding two scholarships up to $1,000.00 each.  Three documents needed:   Info Sheet     -    Application    -    Recommendation Form     Applications can be turned into Ms. Tristany        Deadline April 21st

OnPoint Community Credit Union Scholar Program - Graduating Seniors with 3.5 GPA or higher and earned a varsity letter in an OSAA-sanctioned sport or competed in an OSAA-sanctioned activity. Six scholarships totaling $40,000.  Deadline April 30th

Oregon Promise Grant - State grant that helps to cover tuition costs at any Oregon community college for recent high school graduates and GED® test graduates. Deadline dependent on Graduation date. Typically June 1st 

Walk on the Wild Side Scholarship - Peoples choice Art Display at the City of Winston's Wine Walk event in July 1st, 2024. Instructions on the flier. Deadline June 16th, 2023

Beat the Odds Scholarship -  Students graduating in 2023 could receive a $16,000 college scholarship who meet the criteria.  See the form attached in the title link.  The online application can be found here. Deadline September 13th

P.E.O. STAR Scholarship - This scholarship recognizes outstanding young women from around the United States. $2500.00 scholarship awarded after application and interview process. Deadline September 15th

Twin Peaks Off Road "Trades" Scholarship -  This scholarship will be open to students applying to trade schools.  Application is available at the link. Deadline April 30th

Rat Rod Round-Up Vocational Scholarship $1000 for students pursuing a trade.  No GPA requirement but attendance will be considered. Deadline April 15th

UCC Careers in Science Scholarship ProgramUp to $45,000 in scholarships while working towards your BS and MS degrees. 

College Board Opportunity Scholarships - Several different scholarship programs from $500 to $2,000. Also a chance for the Big Futures Scholarship for $40,000 by building a college list.  Check out their website for more details.
